Made this recipe right on time for Easter cookie boxes. This was fun to make and went over great with family and has gotten a ot of attention from customers. Thick cookie like always but I used a little less oreo and it was perfect.

Great cookie but I did substitute the strawberry extract for strawberry jello mix in the acutal cookie. I also mixed strawberry jello mix, vanilla pudding mix, and a little butter to make the crumble(needs baked) and added the oreo into it after the crumble was done. The flavor is WILD.
This was delicious as all her recipes are! I did do a small modification to the original recipe that I got from Crispi’s tutorial. I used strawberry ice cream topping with the shortcake roll instead of the golden Oreo… delicious!!
