Creamsicle Cookie Recipe

This is one of my new favorites! The topping in the recipe is not shelf stable, so I substituted homemade orange marshmallow fluff. So good! I love the texture of this one.

I was disappointed when I made these because the frosting pictured is nothing like the frosting recipe it actually gives. Cookie was okay

Love, love, love this recipe. This flavor was one of my top sellers this summer. I elected to stuff them with vanilla buttercream and they were a big hit. Thank you Nicole!

This was a hit with my family and farmers market. It taste just like a Creamsicle, push pop, or orange Julius. So good. A must have recipe. Topped this one with orange flavored royal icing so it could be packaged for the market.
