Half Baked Cookie Recipe

I made this cookie for my recent Fall show. The look of the cookie was enough to get people's attention, but the name put them over the top! lol. The cookie itself is soft and super flavorful! It was one of my best sellers (and that is hard to say because I nearly sold out on day 1). Don't even hesitate to buy this one!

Brownie and chocolate chip cookie heaven

The chocolate chip cookie side of the cookie is worth the price of the recipe alone! Although it doesn't get to the color I'd want it to get, my family LOVES these!
We did make the entire recipe and although the ganache is a bit of a pain, the cookie was absolutely delicious!
