Peanut butter, check! Chocolate espresso, check! Dulce de leche?! Check! This cookie is SOOO delicious…I’ve literally been eating them frozen because I can’t wait for them to thaw lol this recipe truly made me feel like a gourmet cookie baker!

My husband and I aren’t PB fans, but when I made a batch we couldn’t stop ourselves from eating them! The combination is perfection!!! I only switched out the Dulce de Leche for Nutella

This is a great tasting cookie - only thing needing updating/confirming is the cups to grams conversions for flour. Mine were very different weights and I think my texture was off..

Make these and then eat them.
