Peppermint Mocha Recipe

Wonderful!

These are my favorite so far! Perfect amount of peppermint and espresso powder in these cookies! I couldn’t find gelatin so I used marshmallow fluff and it’s deliiicious! Definitely making these over and over!

I really love the chocolate flavor of these cookies and the fact that the peppermint is not overpowering !
