I love this recipe! I originally made it as the lemon cookie but I have also used it several times a a sugar cookie base and it’s come out equally good! I always recommend this one to beginner bakers as a sugar cookie base you can tweak to your needs. The original recipe is stellar too! In my picture, I used the cookie recipe exactly but stuffed it with a raspberry buttercream. So good! Definitely worth every penny and every calorie!!
One of the best lemony cookies I ever tried its like summer in a cookie but childhood summer ☀️ soft & full of flavor and rather large its a 6oz. Cookie. Well worth it.
