I've tried a few recipes I found online and not getting the results I wanted, wasting $$ and feeding my neighbors failed cookies. Bought this and the cookies are ready to bag and sell because they come out exactly as pictured!!
The customer service is top notch! I was a little skeptical reading other reviews that said they didn’t get their recipes. I heard good things on another platform and the other reviews were good though so I placed an order. I did not receive my recipes right away (and I thought “here we go! Should’ve listened to the reviews!”) so I emailed the customer service. Within half hour they replied and were able to rectify the situation, which turned out was all my fault because I apparently made an error when typing in my email address. Would HIGHLY recommend making a purchase from Nicole! Do not listen to the few negative reviews!
