This recipe involves making tiramisu truffles (which is quick, easy AND delicious!) We then stuff these truffles inside a cookie that is ribboned with Nutella. The espresso inside the truffle is all you need to give this cookie a kick! The perfect breakfast cookie.

They look great but haven’t tried yet only because I don’t know how to store them if I sell them to a store because of mascarpone cheese
I love tiramisu and these are just as good and easy to make
These cookies are superb, even for non tiramisu lovers (such as myself). The coffee taste is not overpowering and I love the softness of the truffle against the firmer cookie “shell”. I didn’t coat the truffles in chocolate, mainly out of laziness, and they were still perfect.
My daughter and I absolutely love this cookie! It’s soft and so full of flavor. The espresso truffle in the middle makes this already delicious cookie go from a 10 to a 20!
The last person who reviewed this must not know how to bake because these cookies are FULL of flavor. I keep them stocked in my freezer so I can enjoy them often and my Italian family loves them
